History

Pullinen Property Group was established in 2002 to advise CRE tenants by providing real-time market-based advice and negotiating commercial lease terms on their behalf.

In 2000, after 15 years of representing Landlords in Australia, Canada and the USA, Tom Pullinen changed career paths and started the Tenant Representation Division for a major global real estate services firm. Establishing this unit in the early 2000’s in a landlord focused industry posed an interesting professional challenge. As a result, in 2002, the decision was made to establish a purely CRE tenant focused and totally independent corporate real estate service provider – Pullinen Property Group.

Since 2002, we have represented a significant number of businesses ranging from start-ups to major national and international corporations, government, technology and infrastructure groups and today, we are one of most respected Tier 1 tenant representatives in Australia.

Since 2002, we have represented local, national and international clients from across the full business spectrum, all shapes (office, industrial, retail and technical) and sizes (start-ups to multinationals – 82 m2 to 26,000 m2), and in all Australian capital cities and countless regional centres.

Trust is really important to us both. Confidentiality and transparency, together with experience and independence means we build and maintain trust throughout.

The group is run by Tom Pullinen. Since 1986, he has had hands-on CRE experience in 3 countries, on both sides of the negotiation table at the highest levels, (Landlord and Tenant) and in all possible market conditions – from the booms to the busts. He has run, built and mentored CRE teams. As a result of all of this experience, he has one of the best understandings of the CRE markets, its processes, and its people.
