CBD Ground Floor Retail Rents

The ground floor retail rents in our CBDs are based on a normal pre covid 5 day CBD based working week.

The new CBD based working week seems to be heading for an average of about 3 days. And it will take some time to get there.

Does that mean that the CBD retail rents will drop 40% to accommodate?

Will be very interesting to see what happens.
