Distributing Working
5 November 2021
In Workplace
Distributed working has been going on for decades and is usually reserved for the super tenants (government, banks etc). Historically, the best examples in Sydney are Parramatta and Rhodes. So this is not new.
For private enterprise in a cost focused environment, it is of limited interest because it is an additional cost.
For government, I think it is a great idea. The Victorian government is establishing hubs in regional towns which is great for the regional centres. Perhaps there should be more of this across the country to grow the regions – redistribute rather than distribute?
